The Boardroom
This where future business owners become current business owners!  There will be a separate boardroom that we suggest you use to talk more in depth with prospects who are ready to sign on the dotted line.  This gives both you and your potential team member privacy and the ability to talk details without being overheard. When you are ready to seal the deal extend an invitation to the boardroom.

There is no set time to invite guests to the boardroom.  The boardroom will be open the entire event for your use. Once you feel a guest is ready to take the next step, at anytime during the event, invite them to the boardroom.  We highly recommend you bring at least one other team member with you to the event.

Attendees:

Each attendee will be given a sticker (while supplies last) that indicate if they are looking for an opportunity or if they currently own a business.  This will give you an idea of what the attendee may be looking for and you can adjust your interaction accordingly.

Tidbits:
While everyone will not become a member of your team keep in mind that you may have to follow-up with them after the event.  Please have a sign-up sheet that will allow you to capture the information of everyone who stops by your table.

Ask for referrals and refer!  Everyone you speak with knows at least 10 other people, some of whom may be very interested in your opportunity. So be sure to ask for referrals!

After speaking with a guest and realizing that your opportunity may not be a right fit, if you know of another company whose products/services may be more closely aligned with her goals do make the referral.  This may be a radical notion to some, but what it does is add-value and foster goodwill.  She will never forget how you cared about her finding the right fit whether it was your opportunity or a different business; she may become your next hostess or best client.  Leave no stone unturned!  There is opportunity in everything, be it immediately, short-term and.or long-term.

You can sell your items and book parties as well.  There's so much opportunity so be ready!

THE BLUE CARD

Our goal is to facilitate massive action.  Preferably, we want to guests to walk out of Work It Girl! as new business owners.  To that end, we will give each guest a Blue Card.  If a guest visits your table, please sign a space on their blue card.  Once the blue card is filled with signatures, the guest is then entered in a prize drawing.

When a guest joins your team, 5 blue cards will be filled out for them and entered in the drawing. We want to provide incentive for guests to start a business that day!

Drawing
If you choose, you can contribute an item to the drawing of any value.  This is our incentive to get our guests to join your business opportunity.  Simply let us know what your drawing prize will be upon event check-in.
